Alexandra Raisman
Aly Raisman (American gymnast) was a member of the team and the team captain for the Fierce Five in 2012 as well as the 2015 Final Five US Women Olympic Gymnastics. At the 2012 Olympics she took gold in both floor for the team and in individual events. The bronze was won through her balance bar. This meant that she was the first American at the Olympics with the highest amount of medals. In 2016, the Olympics saw her win a gold at the team event. This earned Gabby and Gabby the honor as the first Americans to ever win consecutive team golds. Additionally, she won silver medals at the individual all-around event as well as for the floor. The break was for three years between each Olympics from gymnastics competition. Also, she was a one of the gold medal winning American teams in two World Championships. She began her gymnastics training at the age of 2 and enjoys the floor workout. Aly has enrolled in her local Uniting Against Lung Cancer group in memory of her grandma. She hopes to build a successful career in fashion. Leotards that she has designed as well as socks, and other clothing will be expanded in the near future. Fierce, a new book she's working on, is due out at the end of this year.
