Julie Anne Smith, A.K.A. Julianne is a Hollywood actor, writer and best-selling novelist. Her talent has earned her recognition across the world. Sagittarius. The actress was born on the coast of North Carolina December 3, 1960. She's the most senior of three children born to Peter Moore Smith (a paratrooper) and Anne Smith, a psychologist.
